Recruiting Pause For First Opinions Panel

In an email I receive, it's a bad news for those who earn thousands of lindens from this recruitment program. Especially to me, since this program generates 12,000-20,000L$ linden dollars for me every week.

Here's the announcement:

FIRST OPINIONS PANEL is now up to about 10,000 members!
Effective at the end of this Friday, March 21, we are pausing our recruiting program.

We thank you for your recruiting and look forward to more in the future.

Partly, I'm one of the factor that caused this since it's like from June 2007, I was able to recruit FOP members with an estimate number of recruitment from 10-20 new members per day. After over 200 days, that's like recruiting an average number of members of 3,000. (and that's just an estimate).

So for now, I'll surely miss the thousands of lindens from them every week.

The 400th, 500th and 600th subscriber challenge

Yesterday, I posted that the 600th email subscriber will receive 2,000L$ from me and it seems like there are a lot of negative readers about this. So why not upgrade the contest and boost it. The 400th and 500th subscriber will receive 1,000L$ lindens each. Now that's thousands of linden dollars just for subscribing through email.

First Opinions Panel Update: New Sign Ups will be asked again

Asked what? Well, asked if you want to continue receiving Survey updates or email updates from First Opinions Panel.

In a recent update release from FOP, they have switched email marketing services as an upgrade to their system. One reason for this is due to the fact that their membership list has grown to almost 10,000. (I wonder how many are from ChinoYray.com)

Free Linden Dollars for the week - 3/13/2008

8 Months ago, I had this idea to give a percentage of what I earn through only free lindens in Second Life to my faithful and loyal readers who participates or make a comment on my posts.

Thus, the birth of the Top Commentator contest. The 1st ever Second Life contest that gives 500L$ free lindens per week through replying in a blog post. The contest also evolved and changes from time to time. One example would be the reset of the counter after 7 days to now a random day within the week.

Finally! The winner emerges from all the entries. Actually, for me, there are a lot of good suggestions but I can only give the 4000L$ to one winner. This is the very first contest wherein I have to ask opinions of friends to help me decide the best suggestion. About the 2000L$, there's no problem in that since I listed down all the links in an Excel sheet and use the randomizer function to draw the winner.
